Head of Customer Success at WunderGraph
Bio
Viola leads Customer Success at WunderGraph, building scalable support processes while keeping engineers close to customer outcomes. With a background in solutions engineering and UX research, she turns feedback into actionable product insights and smooth onboarding. She champions empathy, clear communication, and data-driven triage to help teams ship with confidence.
Since joining WunderGraph, I've grown from feeling welcomed and empowered to truly shaping how we operate and how we serve our customers. What stands out most is the level of ownership you are trusted with. If you see an opportunity to improve something, whether it is onboarding, support, product feedback loops or how we think about customer value, you are expected to take the lead and drive it forward.
Over the past year, I have been able to build and own initiatives that meaningfully influence both our customers' experience and our internal direction. Transparency here is not a slogan. It enables real alignment and fast decisions. Innovation is not confined to product. It extends to how we collaborate, prioritise and scale.
We are remote-first, yet deeply connected through clarity of communication and shared ambition. From engineers to leadership, there is a strong sense of responsibility for what we are building and why it matters.
